All landscape materials must be returned to Iowa Landscape Supply within thirty (30) days of the sales receipt or invoice date and must include the original receipt or invoice. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. No credit is issued for broken materials, sorted materials, scraps, bulk products, natural stone products, railroad ties, or treated timbers. If we pick up returned items, a pickup charge equal to a delivery charge will apply. All items are F.O.B. our yard unless otherwise noted.
