All materials must be returned within thirty (30) days of the sales receipt or invoice date and must include the original receipt or invoice. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. We do not issue credit for broken materials, sorted materials, scraps, bulk products, natural stone products, railroad ties, or treated timbers. If Iowa Landscape Supply collects returned materials, a pickup charge equivalent to a delivery charge will apply. All materials are F.O.B. our yard unless otherwise noted.
