Return Policy

All materials purchased from Iowa Landscape Supply must be returned within thirty (30) days of the sales receipt or invoice date and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice. A (20%) percent re-stocking fee will be applied to all accepted materials returned. 

*No credit will be issued to any broken, sorted materials, or scraps. Also, we will not accept returns on any Bulk Products, Natural Stone products, Railroad Ties or Treated Timbers.

If any materials are to be picked up by Iowa Landscape Supply, there will be a pick up charge equal to a delivery charge. Please note all materials are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) our yard unless otherwise noted.

Delivery on Customer’s Property

Iowa Landscape Supply is not liable or responsible for any damage caused on the customer's property during the delivery of their materials.   

Pallet Policy

All pallets will  be charged to either sales receipts or invoices.  Refunds will only be given for pallets returned in good condition and within (30) days of purchase and must be accompanied with sales receipts or invoices.
